Administrative Associate, Trust Administration
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Associate and/or Trust Paralegal to provide support in the area trust administration.
Responsibilities would include direct communication with clients and beneficiaries, account administration support for trust accounts, monitor real estate files, analyze and interpret trust and estate documents, monitor daily cash balances, process distribution requests, bill paying, process new and closed accounts. Preferred job skills: ability to work independently and efficiently, self-starter, quick learner, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of five years of working with trust administrative support or trust paralegal experience.
